The carved and painted bosses set into the spectacular vaulted ceiling of St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle tell a wealth of fascinating stories from the Middle Ages. From piety to politics and charity to spectacle, the most powerful men in the land used bosses to express themselves in a language of heraldry and symbolism. Join Charlotte Manley, Chapter Clerk of the College of St George, for an expert glance at the hidden tales above our heads. The event will conclude with a complimentary glass of wine.

Before the talk you are welcome to attend Evening Prayer which begins at 17:15.
